ઇસ્રાએલના લોકોએ તે વિશિષ્ટ ભોજનનનું નામ “માંન્ના” રાખ્યું. માંન્ના ધાણાની દાળ જેવું સફેદ હતું. અને તેનો સ્વાદ મધવાળી પાતળી ભાખરી જેવો હતો.
