וּמָרְדֳּכַ֗י Mordecai oo-more-doh-HAI יָדַע֙ perceived ya-DA אֶת et כָּל all kahl אֲשֶׁ֣ר that uh-SHER נַֽעֲשָׂ֔ה was na-uh-SA וַיִּקְרַ֤ע done, va-yeek-RA מָרְדֳּכַי֙ Mordecai more-doh-HA אֶת rent et בְּגָדָ֔יו beh-ɡa-DAV וַיִּלְבַּ֥שׁ his va-yeel-BAHSH שַׂ֖ק clothes, sahk וָאֵ֑פֶר and va-A-fer וַיֵּצֵא֙ put va-yay-TSAY בְּת֣וֹךְ on beh-TOKE הָעִ֔יר sackcloth ha-EER וַיִּזְעַ֛ק with va-yeez-AK זְעָקָ֥ה ashes, zeh-ah-KA גְדֹלָ֖ה and ɡeh-doh-LA וּמָרָֽה׃ went oo-ma-RA -
וַיָּב֕וֹא came va-ya-VOH עַ֖ד even ad לִפְנֵ֣י before leef-NAY שַֽׁעַר the SHA-ar הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ king's ha-MEH-lek כִּ֣י gate: kee אֵ֥ין for ane לָב֛וֹא none la-VOH אֶל might el שַׁ֥עַר enter SHA-ar הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ into ha-MEH-lek בִּלְב֥וּשׁ the beel-VOOSH שָֽׂק׃ king's sahk -
וּבְכָל in oo-veh-HAHL מְדִינָ֣ה every meh-dee-NA וּמְדִינָ֗ה province, oo-meh-dee-NA מְקוֹם֙ meh-KOME אֲשֶׁ֨ר whithersoever uh-SHER דְּבַר deh-VAHR הַמֶּ֤לֶךְ the ha-MEH-lek וְדָתוֹ֙ king's veh-da-TOH מַגִּ֔יעַ commandment ma-ɡEE-ah אֵ֤בֶל and A-vel גָּדוֹל֙ his ɡa-DOLE לַיְּהוּדִ֔ים decree la-yeh-hoo-DEEM וְצ֥וֹם came, veh-TSOME וּבְכִ֖י there oo-veh-HEE וּמִסְפֵּ֑ד was oo-mees-PADE שַׂ֣ק great sahk וָאֵ֔פֶר mourning va-A-fer יֻצַּ֖ע among yoo-TSA לָֽרַבִּֽים׃ the LA-ra-BEEM -
וַ֠תָּבוֹאינָה Esther's VA-ta-voh-na נַֽעֲר֨וֹת maids na-uh-ROTE אֶסְתֵּ֤ר and es-TARE וְסָֽרִיסֶ֙יהָ֙ her veh-sa-ree-SAY-HA וַיַּגִּ֣ידוּ chamberlains va-ya-ɡEE-doo לָ֔הּ came la וַתִּתְחַלְחַ֥ל and va-teet-hahl-HAHL הַמַּלְכָּ֖ה told ha-mahl-KA מְאֹ֑ד it meh-ODE וַתִּשְׁלַ֨ח her. va-teesh-LAHK בְּגָדִ֜ים Then beh-ɡa-DEEM לְהַלְבִּ֣ישׁ was leh-hahl-BEESH אֶֽת the et מָרְדֳּכַ֗י queen more-doh-HAI וּלְהָסִ֥יר exceedingly oo-leh-ha-SEER שַׂקּ֛וֹ grieved; SA-koh מֵֽעָלָ֖יו and may-ah-LAV וְלֹ֥א she veh-LOH קִבֵּֽל׃ sent kee-BALE -
וַתִּקְרָא֩ called va-teek-RA אֶסְתֵּ֨ר Esther es-TARE לַֽהֲתָ֜ךְ for la-huh-TAHK מִסָּֽרִיסֵ֤י Hatach, mee-sa-ree-SAY הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ one ha-MEH-lek אֲשֶׁ֣ר of uh-SHER הֶֽעֱמִ֣יד the heh-ay-MEED לְפָנֶ֔יהָ king's leh-fa-NAY-ha וַתְּצַוֵּ֖הוּ chamberlains, va-teh-tsa-WAY-hoo עַֽל whom al מָרְדֳּכָ֑י he more-doh-HAI לָדַ֥עַת had la-DA-at מַה appointed ma זֶּ֖ה to zeh וְעַל attend veh-AL מַה upon ma זֶּֽה׃ her, zeh -
וַיֵּצֵ֥א Hatach va-yay-TSAY הֲתָ֖ךְ went huh-TAHK אֶֽל forth el מָרְדֳּכָ֑י to more-doh-HAI אֶל Mordecai el רְח֣וֹב unto reh-HOVE הָעִ֔יר the ha-EER אֲשֶׁ֖ר street uh-SHER לִפְנֵ֥י of leef-NAY שַֽׁעַר the SHA-ar הַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃ city, ha-MEH-lek -
וַיַּגֶּד Mordecai va-ya-ɡED ל֣וֹ told loh מָרְדֳּכַ֔י him more-doh-HAI אֵ֖ת of ate כָּל kahl אֲשֶׁ֣ר all uh-SHER קָרָ֑הוּ that ka-RA-hoo וְאֵ֣ת׀ had veh-ATE פָּֽרָשַׁ֣ת happened pa-ra-SHAHT הַכֶּ֗סֶף unto ha-KEH-sef אֲשֶׁ֨ר him, uh-SHER אָמַ֤ר and ah-MAHR הָמָן֙ of ha-MAHN לִ֠שְׁקוֹל the LEESH-kole עַל sum al גִּנְזֵ֥י of ɡeen-ZAY הַמֶּ֛לֶךְ the ha-MEH-lek בַּיְּהוּדִ֖יים money ba-yeh-hoo-DEE-m לְאַבְּדָֽם׃ that leh-ah-beh-DAHM -
וְאֶת he veh-ET פַּתְשֶׁ֣גֶן gave paht-SHEH-ɡen כְּתָֽב him keh-TAHV הַ֠דָּת the HA-dote אֲשֶׁר copy uh-SHER נִתַּ֨ן of nee-TAHN בְּשׁוּשָׁ֤ן the beh-shoo-SHAHN לְהַשְׁמִידָם֙ writing leh-hahsh-mee-DAHM נָ֣תַן of NA-tahn ל֔וֹ the loh לְהַרְא֥וֹת decree leh-hahr-OTE אֶת that et אֶסְתֵּ֖ר was es-TARE וּלְהַגִּ֣יד given oo-leh-ha-ɡEED לָ֑הּ at la וּלְצַוּ֣וֹת Shushan oo-leh-TSA-wote עָלֶ֗יהָ to ah-LAY-ha לָב֨וֹא destroy la-VOH אֶל them, el הַמֶּ֧לֶךְ to ha-MEH-lek לְהִֽתְחַנֶּן shew leh-HEE-teh-ha-nen ל֛וֹ it loh וּלְבַקֵּ֥שׁ unto oo-leh-va-KAYSH מִלְּפָנָ֖יו mee-leh-fa-NAV עַל Esther, al עַמָּֽהּ׃ and ah-MA -
וַיָּב֖וֹא Hatach va-ya-VOH הֲתָ֑ךְ came huh-TAHK וַיַּגֵּ֣ד and va-ya-ɡADE לְאֶסְתֵּ֔ר told leh-es-TARE אֵ֖ת Esther ate דִּבְרֵ֥י deev-RAY מָרְדֳּכָֽי׃ the more-doh-HAI -
וַתֹּ֤אמֶר Esther va-TOH-mer אֶסְתֵּר֙ spake es-TARE לַֽהֲתָ֔ךְ unto la-huh-TAHK וַתְּצַוֵּ֖הוּ Hatach, va-teh-tsa-WAY-hoo אֶֽל and el מָרְדֳּכָֽי׃ gave more-doh-HAI -
כָּל the kahl עַבְדֵ֣י king's av-DAY הַמֶּ֡לֶךְ servants, ha-MEH-lek וְעַם and veh-AM מְדִינ֨וֹת the meh-dee-NOTE הַמֶּ֜לֶךְ people ha-MEH-lek יֽוֹדְעִ֗ים of yoh-deh-EEM אֲשֶׁ֣ר the uh-SHER כָּל king's kahl אִ֣ישׁ provinces, eesh וְאִשָּׁ֡ה do veh-ee-SHA אֲשֶׁ֣ר know, uh-SHER יָבֽוֹא that ya-VOH אֶל whosoever, el הַמֶּלֶךְ֩ ha-meh-lek אֶל whether el הֶֽחָצֵ֨ר man heh-ha-TSARE הַפְּנִימִ֜ית or ha-peh-nee-MEET אֲשֶׁ֣ר woman, uh-SHER לֹֽא shall loh יִקָּרֵ֗א come yee-ka-RAY אַחַ֤ת unto ah-HAHT דָּתוֹ֙ the da-TOH לְהָמִ֔ית king leh-ha-MEET לְ֠בַד into LEH-vahd מֵֽאֲשֶׁ֨ר the may-uh-SHER יֽוֹשִׁיט inner YOH-sheet ל֥וֹ court, loh הַמֶּ֛לֶךְ who ha-MEH-lek אֶת is et שַׁרְבִ֥יט not shahr-VEET הַזָּהָ֖ב called, ha-za-HAHV וְחָיָ֑ה there veh-ha-YA וַֽאֲנִ֗י is va-uh-NEE לֹ֤א one loh נִקְרֵ֙אתִי֙ law neek-RAY-TEE לָב֣וֹא of la-VOH אֶל his el הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ to ha-MEH-lek זֶ֖ה put zeh שְׁלוֹשִׁ֥ים him sheh-loh-SHEEM יֽוֹם׃ to yome -
וַיַּגִּ֣ידוּ they va-ya-ɡEE-doo לְמָרְדֳּכָ֔י told leh-more-doh-HAI אֵ֖ת to ate דִּבְרֵ֥י Mordecai deev-RAY אֶסְתֵּֽר׃ es-TARE -
וַיֹּ֥אמֶר Mordecai va-YOH-mer מָרְדֳּכַ֖י commanded more-doh-HAI לְהָשִׁ֣יב to leh-ha-SHEEV אֶל answer el אֶסְתֵּ֑ר es-TARE אַל Esther, al תְּדַמִּ֣י Think teh-da-MEE בְנַפְשֵׁ֔ךְ not veh-nahf-SHAKE לְהִמָּלֵ֥ט with leh-hee-ma-LATE בֵּית thyself bate הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ that ha-MEH-lek מִכָּל thou mee-KAHL הַיְּהוּדִֽים׃ shalt ha-yeh-hoo-DEEM -
כִּ֣י if kee אִם thou eem הַֽחֲרֵ֣שׁ altogether ha-huh-RAYSH תַּֽחֲרִישִׁי֮ holdest ta-huh-ree-SHEE בָּעֵ֣ת thy ba-ATE הַזֹּאת֒ peace ha-ZOTE רֶ֣וַח at REH-vahk וְהַצָּלָ֞ה this veh-ha-tsa-LA יַֽעֲמ֤וֹד time, ya-uh-MODE לַיְּהוּדִים֙ then la-yeh-hoo-DEEM מִמָּק֣וֹם shall mee-ma-KOME אַחֵ֔ר there ah-HARE וְאַ֥תְּ enlargement veh-AT וּבֵית and oo-VATE אָבִ֖יךְ deliverance ah-VEEK תֹּאבֵ֑דוּ arise toh-VAY-doo וּמִ֣י to oo-MEE יוֹדֵ֔עַ the yoh-DAY-ah אִם Jews eem לְעֵ֣ת from leh-ATE כָּזֹ֔את another ka-ZOTE הִגַּ֖עַתְּ place; hee-ɡA-at לַמַּלְכֽוּת׃ but la-mahl-HOOT -
וַתֹּ֥אמֶר Esther va-TOH-mer אֶסְתֵּ֖ר bade es-TARE לְהָשִׁ֥יב them leh-ha-SHEEV אֶֽל return el מָרְדֳּכָֽי׃ more-doh-HAI -
לֵךְ֩ gather lake כְּנ֨וֹס together keh-NOSE אֶת et כָּל all kahl הַיְּהוּדִ֜ים the ha-yeh-hoo-DEEM הַֽנִּמְצְאִ֣ים Jews ha-neem-tseh-EEM בְּשׁוּשָׁ֗ן that beh-shoo-SHAHN וְצ֣וּמוּ are veh-TSOO-moo עָ֠לַי present AH-lai וְאַל in veh-AL תֹּֽאכְל֨וּ Shushan, toh-heh-LOO וְאַל and veh-AL תִּשְׁתּ֜וּ fast teesh-TOO שְׁלֹ֤שֶׁת ye sheh-LOH-shet יָמִים֙ for ya-MEEM לַ֣יְלָה me, LA-la וָי֔וֹם and va-YOME גַּם neither ɡahm אֲנִ֥י eat uh-NEE וְנַֽעֲרֹתַ֖י nor veh-na-uh-roh-TAI אָצ֣וּם drink ah-TSOOM כֵּ֑ן three kane וּבְכֵ֞ן days, oo-veh-HANE אָב֤וֹא night ah-VOH אֶל or el הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ day: ha-MEH-lek אֲשֶׁ֣ר I uh-SHER לֹֽא also loh כַדָּ֔ת and ha-DAHT וְכַֽאֲשֶׁ֥ר my veh-ha-uh-SHER אָבַ֖דְתִּי maidens ah-VAHD-tee אָבָֽדְתִּי׃ will ah-VA-deh-tee -
וַֽיַּעֲבֹ֖ר Mordecai va-ya-uh-VORE מָרְדֳּכָ֑י went more-doh-HAI וַיַּ֕עַשׂ his va-YA-as כְּכֹ֛ל way, keh-HOLE אֲשֶׁר and uh-SHER צִוְּתָ֥ה did tsee-weh-TA עָלָ֖יו according ah-LAV אֶסְתֵּֽר׃ to es-TARE
