પોતપોતાનાં દેશનાં શહેરોમાં જે પ્રથમ રહેવા આવ્યા તે ઇસ્રાએલીઓ હતા, યાજકો, લેવીઓ તથા મંદિરમાં કામ કરવાવાળા સેવકો હતા.
