Genesis 24:65
તેણે નોકરને પૂછયું, “પેલો માંણસ ખેતરમાં ફરનારો, આપણને મળવા આવે છે તે કોણ છે?”નોકરે કહ્યું, “તે માંરા ધણીનો પુત્ર છે.” એટલે રિબકાએ પોતાનો ચહેરો બુરખામાં છુપાવી દીધો.

| in the field | בַּשָּׂדֶה֙ | baśśādeh | ba-sa-DEH |
| us? meet to | לִקְרָאתֵ֔נוּ | liqrāʾtēnû | leek-ra-TAY-noo |
| And the servant | וַיֹּ֥אמֶר | wayyōʾmer | va-YOH-mer |
| had said, | הָעֶ֖בֶד | hāʿebed | ha-EH-ved |
| It | ה֣וּא | hûʾ | hoo |
| master: my is | אֲדֹנִ֑י | ʾădōnî | uh-doh-NEE |
| therefore she took | וַתִּקַּ֥ח | wattiqqaḥ | va-tee-KAHK |
| a vail, | הַצָּעִ֖יף | haṣṣāʿîp | ha-tsa-EEF |
| and covered herself. | וַתִּתְכָּֽס׃ | wattitkās | va-teet-KAHS |
