Ezekiel 23:19
તે વારાંગનાવૃત્તિમાં આગળને આગળ વધતી ગઇ, અને પોતે જુવાન હતી ત્યારે મિસરમાં જેમ વારાંગનાવૃત્તિ કરતી હતી તેમ કરવા લાગી.

તેઓ યુવાન હતી ત્યારે મિસરમાં રહેતી હતી જે વારાંગના બની ગઇ હતી, ત્યાં જ તેમને ચુંબન, આલિંગન અને સ્તનોના મર્દનનો અનુભવ થઇ ચૂક્યો હતો અને તેમનું કૌમાર્ય હરાઇ ચૂક્યું હતું.

મિસરમાં તેણે વારાંગનાવૃત્તિ શરૂ કરી હતી, ત્યાં તે નાની હતી ત્યારથી જ માણસો તેની સાથે સૂતા અને તેને ચુંબન, આલિંગન કરી તેની સાથે વ્યભિચાર કરતાં અને એ જ તેણે ચાલુ રાખ્યું.

“પરંતુ તમે જેના ઉપર મોહી પડ્યા છો તે ત્રાસજનક મૂર્તિઓને તમારામાંના એકેએક જણે ફેંકી દેવી પડશે. મિસરની મૂર્તિઓથી તમારે તમારી જાતને અશુદ્ધ કરવાની નથી, કારણ, હું યહોવા જ તમારો દેવ છું.”

દેવ કહે છે, “સમરૂને તો તારા કરતાં અડધાં પાપ પણ કર્યા નહોતાં. તેં તારી બહેનો કરતાં એટલા બધાં વધુ અધમ પાપ કર્યા છે કે તારી સરખામણીમાં તો તેઓ સારી લાગે છે.

વળી તેં કનાન દેશથી માંડીને ખાલદી દેશ સુધી તારો વ્યભિચાર વધારી દીધો તેમ છતાંય તું તૃપ્ત થઇ નહિ.

અને ત્યાં તેં તારાં રૂપને ષ્ટ કર્યું. જતા આવતા સૌને તારી કાયા સમપિર્ત કરીને વારાંગનાવૃત્તિ ચાલુને ચાલુ રાખી.

તારા વ્યભિચાર અને પાપના આ બધાં વષોર્માં તે કદી વિચાર કર્યો નહિ કે તારા બાળપણમાં તું નગ્ન હતી અને લોહીમાં તરફડતી હતી.
