Exodus 8:8
પછી ફારુને મૂસા અને હારુનને બોલાવીને કહ્યું, “યહોવાને તમે પ્રાર્થના કરો કે તે મને અને માંરી પ્રજાને દેડકાંઓના ઉપદ્રવથી છોડાવે, તો પછી હું તમાંરા લોકોને યહોવાને યજ્ઞો અર્પવા જવા દઈશ.”

| Lord, the | יְהוָ֔ה | yĕhwâ | yeh-VA |
| away take may he that | וְיָסֵר֙ | wĕyāsēr | veh-ya-SARE |
| the frogs | הַֽצְפַרְדְּעִ֔ים | haṣpardĕʿîm | hahts-fahr-deh-EEM |
| from | מִמֶּ֖נִּי | mimmennî | mee-MEH-nee |
| people; my from and me, | וּמֵֽעַמִּ֑י | ûmēʿammî | oo-may-ah-MEE |
| and I will let | וַֽאֲשַׁלְּחָה֙ | waʾăšallĕḥāh | va-uh-sha-leh-HA |
| the people | אֶת | ʾet | et |
| go, | הָעָ֔ם | hāʿām | ha-AM |
| that they may do sacrifice | וְיִזְבְּח֖וּ | wĕyizbĕḥû | veh-yeez-beh-HOO |
