Exodus 18:22
“પછી એ ઉપરીઓ પ્રતિનિધિઓને લોકોનો ન્યાય કરવા દો. જો કોઈ બહુ જ ગંભીર સમસ્યા હોય તો ઉપરી પ્રતિનિધિ નિર્ણય કરશે અને પછી તેઓ તમાંરી પાસે આવી શકશે. પરંતુ બીજા નાના નાના પ્રશ્નોનો નિર્ણય તેઓ કરશે. આમ તમાંરા કાર્યમાં તેઓ સહભાગી થશે અને તમાંરું કામ હળવું થશે.

| they shall bring | יָבִ֣יאוּ | yābîʾû | ya-VEE-oo |
| unto | אֵלֶ֔יךָ | ʾēlêkā | ay-LAY-ha |
| every but thee, | וְכָל | wĕkāl | veh-HAHL |
| small | הַדָּבָ֥ר | haddābār | ha-da-VAHR |
| matter | הַקָּטֹ֖ן | haqqāṭōn | ha-ka-TONE |
| they | יִשְׁפְּטוּ | yišpĕṭû | yeesh-peh-TOO |
| shall judge: | הֵ֑ם | hēm | hame |
| easier be it shall so | וְהָקֵל֙ | wĕhāqēl | veh-ha-KALE |
| for | מֵֽעָלֶ֔יךָ | mēʿālêkā | may-ah-LAY-ha |
| bear shall they and thyself, | וְנָֽשְׂא֖וּ | wĕnāśĕʾû | veh-na-seh-OO |
| the burden with | אִתָּֽךְ׃ | ʾittāk | ee-TAHK |
