Exodus 13:17
જ્યારે ફારુને લોકોને જવા દીઘા ત્યારે એમ બન્યું કે યહોવા તેમને પલિસ્તીઓના દેશમાં થઈને જવાનો રસ્તો ટૂંકો હોવા છતાં તે રસ્તે તેમને લઈ ગયા નહિ. કારણ કે યહોવાએ વિચાર્યુ કે, “જો યુદ્ધ થાય તો કદાચ લોકો પોતાનો વિચાર બદલી પાછા મિસર ચાલ્યા જાય.”
