Esther 1:16
પછી રાજા અને તેના અમલદારો સમક્ષ મમૂખાને કહ્યુ કે, “વાશ્તી રાણીએ કેવળ રાજા વિરૂદ્ધ જ નહિ પરંતુ અહાશ્વેરોશના સામ્રાજ્યના પ્રત્યેક અધિકારી તથા પ્રત્યેક નાગરિક વિરૂદ્ધ અપરાધ કર્યો છે.
