Daniel 2:25
આર્યોખ તે જ સમયે દાનિયેલને રાજા સમક્ષ લઇ ગયો અને બોલ્યો, “મને યહૂદાના બંદીઓમાંથી એક માણસ મળી આવ્યો છે, જે આપને આપના સ્વપ્નનો અર્થ બતાવી શકશે.”

બાબિલના રાજા નબૂખાદનેસ્સાર દ્વારા જેઓનો દેશનિકાલ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. જેઓને બંદીવાન બનાવીને લઇ જવાયાં હતા, તે પ્રાંતના આ લોકો છે. તેઓ યહૂદાના પોતપોતાના નગરોમાં અને યરૂશાલેમમાં પાછા આવ્યા.
