Acts 5:16
યરૂશાલેમની આજુબાજુ બધા શહેરોમાંથી લોકો આવ્યા. તેઓ તેઓના માંદા લોકોને અને જે લોકો અશુદ્ધ આત્માથી પીડાતા હતા તે સૌને લાવ્યા. તેઓમાંના બધાને સાજા કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા.

પણ લોકોને ખબર પડી કે ઈસુ ક્યાં ગયો છે. તેઓ તેની પાછળ ગયા. ઈસુએ તેઓને આવકાર્યા અને દેવના રાજ્ય સંબંધી વાત કરી. તેણે જે માંદા લોકો હતા તેઓને સાજા કર્યા.

એક વખત ઈસુ ઉપદેશ આપતો હતો ત્યારે કેટલાક ફરોશીઓ અને નિયમોપદેશકો ત્યાં આવીને બેઠા. તે બધા ગાલીલ, યહૂદિયા અને યરૂશાલેમના હતા. ઈસુ પાસે રોગીઓને સાજા કરવા પ્રભુનું પરાક્રમ હતું.

જ્યારે તેઓ હોડીની બહાર હતા. ત્યારે લોકોએ ઈસુને જોયો. તેઓએ જાણ્યું કે તે કોણ હતો.

લોકોનાં ટોળેટોળાં ત્યાં આવ્યાં લંગડા, આંધળા, ટુડાંઓને, મૂંગા અને બીજા ઘણા માંદા લોકોને ઈસુના પગ આગળ લાવીને તેમને મૂક્યાં અને તેણે તે બધાને સાજા કર્યા.

સાંજ પડી ત્યારે તેઓ ઘણા અશુદ્ધ આત્મા વળગેલા લોકોને ઈસુની પાસે લાવ્યા, ઈસુએ અશુદ્ધ આત્માઓને બહાર કાઢ્યા. તેમ જ બધા જ માંદાઓને પણ સાજા કર્યા.

ઈસુ વિષેના આ સમાચાર આખા સિરિયામાં ફેલાઈ ગયા, આથી જેઓ પીડાતા હતા અને ભૂતવળગેલાઓને, તથા જેઓ વાઈ અને લકવાથી પીડાતા હતા તેઓને તેની પાસે લાવવામાં આવ્યાં; અને ઈસુએ તે બધાને સાજા કર્યા.
