પણ જેને નુકસાન કર્યું છે તે જો મૃત્યુ પામ્યો હોય અને ક્ષતિપૂર્તી માંટે તેનું નજીકનું કોઈ સગું ના હોય, તો તે રકમ યહોવાને આપવી અને યાજકને ચૂકવવી અને જે ઘેટો પાપોના પ્રાયશ્ચિત માંટે વધેરવા આપવાનો હોય છે, તે ઉપરાંત આ રકમ આપવાની છે.
