2 Samuel 10:19
અરામ સૈન્યની હાર થઈ છે તે જાણીને હદારએઝેર અને તેના તાબેદાર રાજાઓ દાઉદના તાબેદાર થયા, અને તેમની સેવાઓ સ્વીકારી, ત્યારબાદ ફરી અરામીઓએ આમ્મોનીઓની યુદ્ધમાં મદદ કરવાની હિંમત કદી કરી નહિ.

| Israel, | יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל | yiśrāʾēl | yees-ra-ALE |
| peace made they | וַיַּשְׁלִ֥מוּ | wayyašlimû | va-yahsh-LEE-moo |
| with | אֶת | ʾet | et |
| Israel, | יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל | yiśrāʾēl | yees-ra-ALE |
| and served | וַיַּֽעַבְד֑וּם | wayyaʿabdûm | va-ya-av-DOOM |
