યહૂદાના રાજા અહાઝયાએ જ્યારે આ બધંુ જોયું કે તરત જ તે બેથ-હાગ્ગાનને રસ્તે ભાગી ગયો. પણ યેહૂએ તેનો પીછો પકડયો. અને કહ્યું, “એને પણ મારી નાખો.”યિબ્લઆમ પાસે આવેલા ગૂરના ચઢાવ આગળ તેઓએ તેને તેના રથમાં મારી નાખ્યો; તેણે મગિદૃોમાં આશરો લીધો. અને તે ત્યાં મૃત્યુ પામ્યો.
