இஸ்ரவேலின் அதிபதிக்கு முன்பாக தேசத்தின் ஜனங்கள் எல்லோரும் இந்தக் காணிக்கையைச் செலுத்தக் கடனாளிகளாயிருக்கிறார்கள்.
