For if the truth of God has more abounded through my lie unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner?

அன்றியும், என் பொய்யினாலே தேவனுடைய சத்தியம் அவருக்கு மகிமையுண்டாக விளங்கினதுண்டானால், இனி நான் பாவி என்று தீர்க்கப்படுவது ஏன்?

“நான் பொய் சொல்லும்போது அது தேவனுக்குப் பெருமையே சேர்க்கிறது. ஏனெனில் என் பொய் தேவனுடைய உண்மையை விளங்க வைக்கிறது. அப்படி இருக்கும்போது நான் ஏன் பாவி என்று தீர்ப்பளிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்?” என்று ஒருவன் கேட்கிறான்.
