To be a memorial unto the children of Israel, that no stranger, which is not of the seed of Aaron, come near to offer incense before the LORD; that he be not as Korah, and as his company: as the LORD said to him by the hand of Moses.

ஆரோனின் சந்ததியாக இல்லாத அந்நியன் ஒருவனும் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் தூபங்காட்ட வராதபடியும், கோராகைப்போலவும் அவனுடைய கூட்டத்தாரைப்போலவும் இல்லாதபடியும், இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களுக்கு நினைவுப்பொருளாக இருக்கும்படியாக, கர்த்தர் மோசேயைக்கொண்டு தனக்குச் சொன்னபடியே அவைகளைப் பலிபீடத்தை மூடும் தகடுகளாக அடிப்பித்தான்.
