Luke 17:10
So likewise all of you, when all of you shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are useless servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.

அப்படியே நீங்களும் உங்களுக்குக் கட்டளையிடப்பட்ட யாவற்றையும் செய்தபின்பு: நாங்கள் பயனற்ற வேலைக்காரர்கள், செய்யவேண்டிய கடமையைமட்டும் செய்தோம் என்று சொல்லுங்கள் என்றார்.

அதுவே உங்களுக்கும் பொருந்தும். நீங்கள் செய்யும்படியாக கூறப்பட்ட காரியங்களை நீங்கள் செய்யும்போது நீங்கள், ‘எந்த விசேஷ நன்றியறிதலுக்கும் நாங்கள் தகுதியுடையவர்கள் அல்ல. நாங்கள் செய்யவேண்டிய வேலையையே செய்து முடித்தோம்’ என்று சொல்ல வேண்டும்” என்றார்.
