Judges 6:37
Behold, I will put a fleece of wool in the floor; and if the dew be on the fleece only, and it be dry upon all the earth beside, then shall I know that you will save Israel by mine hand, as you have said.

இதோ, நான் முடியுள்ள ஒரு தோலை கதிரடிக்கும் களத்திலே போடுகிறேன்; பனி தோலின்மேல் மட்டும் பெய்து, பூமியெல்லாம் காய்ந்திருந்தால், அப்பொழுது தேவரீர் சொன்னபடி இஸ்ரவேலை என்னுடைய கையினால் காப்பாற்றுவீர் என்று அதினாலே அறிவேன் என்றான்.

நான் தரையில் ஆட்டுத் தோலைப் போடுவேன். தரையெல்லாம் உலர்ந்திருக்க, தோலில் மட்டும் பனி பெய்திருந்தால், நீர் கூறியபடியே இஸ்ரவேலரை மீட்பதற்கு என்னைப் பயன்படுத்துவீர் என்பதை அறிவேன்” என்றான்.
