Judges 2:22
That through them I may prove Israel, whether they will keep the way of the LORD to walk therein, as their fathers did keep it, or not.

அவர்களுடைய பிதாக்கள் கர்த்தரின் வழியைக் கவனித்ததுபோல, அவர்கள் அதிலே நடக்கும்படி, அதைக் கவனிப்பார்களோ இல்லையோ என்று, அவர்களைக்கொண்டு இஸ்ரவேலை சோதிப்பதற்காக அப்படிச் செய்வேன் என்றார்.
