Judges 11:8
And the elders of Gilead said unto Jephthah, Therefore we return to you now, that you may go with us, and fight against the children of Ammon, and be our head over all the inhabitants of Gilead.

அதற்குக் கீலேயாத்தின் மூப்பர் யெப்தாவை நோக்கி: நீ எங்களோடு வந்து, அம்மோன் மக்களோடு யுத்தம்செய்து, கீலேயாத்தின் குடிகளாகிய எங்கள் அனைவர்மேலும் தலைவனாக இருக்க வேண்டும்; இதற்காக இப்பொழுது உன்னிடம் வந்தோம் என்றார்கள்.
