Does our law judge any man, before it hear him, and know what he does?

அவன், “ஒரு மனிதனைப் பற்றி முழுவதும் கேட்டறிவதற்கு முன்னால் தண்டிப்பதற்கு நம் சட்டம் இடம் கொடுப்பதில்லை. அவன் என்னென்ன செய்திருக்கிறான் என்பதைத் தெரிந்துகொள்ளும்வரை நாம் தீர்ப்பளிக்க முடியாது” என்றான்.
