தேவன் அவனுடைய அக்கிரமத்தை அவனுடைய பிள்ளைகளுக்கு வைத்து வைக்கிறார்; அவன் உணர்வடையும்விதத்தில் அதை அவனுக்குப் பலிக்கச் செய்கிறார்.

ஆனால் நீங்கள், ‘தந்தையின் பாவத்திற்கென்று தேவன் ஒரு பிள்ளையைத் தண்டிக்கிறார்’ என்கிறீர்கள். இல்லை! தேவன் தாமே தீயோனைத் தண்டிக்கட்டும். அப்போது அத்தீயோன், அவன் செய்த பாவங்களுக்குத் தண்டனை பெற்றதை அறிவான்!
