சீயோனுக்கு எப்படி போகவேண்டும் என்று அந்த ஜனங்கள் கேட்பார்கள். அந்தத் திசையில் அவர்கள் போகத் தொடங்குவார்கள். ஜனங்கள் சொல்லுவார்கள், ‘வாருங்கள், கர்த்தருடன் நாம் ஒன்று சேர்வோம். நாம் என்றென்றும் நிலைத்திருக்கும்படி ஒரு ஒப்பந்தம் செய்துகொள்வோம். என்றென்றும் மறக்கமுடியாதபடி ஒரு ஒப்பந்தத்தை நாம் செய்வோம்.’
