Jeremiah 34:5
But you shall die in peace: and with the burnings of your fathers, the former kings which were before you, so shall they burn odours for you; and they will lament you, saying, Ah lord! for I have pronounced the word, says the LORD.

சமாதானத்துடன் இறப்பாய்; உனக்கு முன்னிருந்த ராஜாக்களாகிய உன் முற்பிதாக்களுக்காக கந்தவர்க்கங்களைக் கொளுத்தினதுபோல உனக்காகவும் கொளுத்தி, ஐயோ! ஆண்டவனே என்று சொல்லி, உனக்காகப் புலம்புவார்கள்; இது நான் சொன்ன வார்த்தையென்று கர்த்தர் சொன்னார் என்று சொல் என்றார்.

நீ சமாதானமான வழியில் மரிப்பாய். ஜனங்கள் இறுதி சடங்குக்கான நெருப்பை உருவாக்கி நீ அரசனாகு முன் ஆண்ட அரசர்களான உன் முற்பிதாக்களைப் பெருமைபடுத்தினார்கள். இதே வழியில், உன்னைப் பெருமைபடுத்தவும் ஜனங்கள் இறுதி சடங்கு நெருப்பை மூட்டுவார்கள். அவர்கள் உனக்காக அழுவார்கள். அவர்கள் சோகத்தோடு, “ஓ எஜமானனே” என்பார்கள். நான் நானே உமக்கு இந்த வாக்குறுதியைச் செய்கிறேன்’” இந்த வார்த்தைக் கர்த்தரிடமிருந்து வந்தது.
