A wild ass used to the wilderness, that snuffs up the wind at her pleasure; in her occasion who can turn her away? all they that seek her will not weary themselves; in her month they shall find her.

வனாந்திரத்தில் பழகினதும், தன் இச்சையின் மதவெறியில் காற்றை உட்கொள்ளுகிறதுமான காட்டுக்கழுதை நீ; அதின் ஆவலை நிறுத்தி, அதைத் திருப்புகிறவன் யார்? அதைத் தேடுகிறவர்கள் ஒருவரும் வருத்தப்படவேண்டியதில்லை; அதின் மாசத்தில் அதைக் கண்டுபிடிப்பார்கள்.

நீ வனாந்தரத்திலே வாழ்கிற ஒரு கழுதையைப் போன்றவன். அது காமத்தின்போது மோப்பம் பிடிக்கக்கூடியது, அது ஆசையோடு இருக்கும்போது, அதன் போக்கை மாற்ற யாராலும் திருப்பிக் கொண்டு வரமுடியாது. காமத்தின்போது ஒவ்வொரு கழுதையும் தான்விரும்பும் பெண் கழுதையை அடையும், அதனைக் கண்டுபிடிப்பது எளிது.
