For he shall have judgment without mercy, that has showed no mercy; and mercy rejoices against judgment.

ஏனென்றால், இரக்கம் செய்யாதவனுக்கு இரக்கமில்லாத நியாயத்தீர்ப்பு கிடைக்கும்; நியாயத்தீர்ப்புக்குமுன்பாக இரக்கம் மேன்மைபாராட்டும்.
