As a beast goes down into the valley, the Spirit of the LORD caused him to rest: so did you lead your people, to make yourself a glorious name.

கர்த்தருடைய ஆவியானவர் அவர்களைப் பள்ளத்தாக்கிலே போய் இறங்குகிற மிருகஜீவன்களைப்போல இளைப்பாறச்செய்தார்; இப்படியே தேவரீர், உமக்கு மகிமையுள்ள புகழ்ச்சியை உண்டாக்கும்படி உம்முடைய மக்களை நடத்தினீர்.

ஒரு பசு வயலில் நடந்து செல்லும்போது அது கீழே விழாது. அதேபோன்று ஜனங்கள் கடல் வழியாகப் போகும்போது கீழே விழவில்லை. கர்த்தருடைய ஆவி ஜனங்களை ஒரு ஓய்விடத்திற்கு அழைத்துச் சென்றது. ஜனங்கள் முழுநேரமும் பாதுகாப்பாக இருந்தனர். கர்த்தாவே, அதுதான் நீர் உமது ஜனங்களை நடத்திய வழி. நீர் ஜனங்களை வழிநடத்தினீர். நீர் உமது நாமத்தை அற்புதமாக்கினீர்!
