Fear not; for you shall not be ashamed: neither be you confounded; for you shall not be put to shame: for you shall forget the shame of your youth, and shall not remember the reproach of your widowhood any more.

பயப்படாதே, நீ வெட்கப்படுவதில்லை; வெட்கப்படாதே, நீ அவமானமடைவதில்லை; உன் வாலிபத்தின் வெட்கத்தை நீ மறந்து, உன் விதவையிருப்பின் நிந்தையை இனி நினைக்காமலிருப்பாய்.

அஞ்சாதே! நீ ஏமாற்றம் அடையமாட்டாய். உனக்கு எதிராக ஜனங்கள் தீயவற்றைச் சொல்லமாட்டார்கள். நீ இலச்சையடைவதில்லை. நீ இளைஞனாக இருந்து அவமானத்தை உணர்ந்தாய். ஆனால், இப்போது அந்த அவமானத்தை மறந்துவிட்டாய். நீ உன் கணவனை இழந்தபோது அடைந்த அவமானத்தை இப்போது நினைக்கமாட்டாய்.
