Isaiah 25:4
For you have been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.

கொடூரமானவர்களின் சீறல் மதிலை மோதியடிக்கிற பெருவெள்ளத்தைப்போல் இருக்கும்போது, நீர் ஏழைக்குப் பெலனும், நெருக்கப்படுகிற எளியவனுக்குத் திடனும், பெருவெள்ளத்திற்குத் தப்பும் அடைக்கலமும், வெயிலுக்கு ஒதுங்கும் நிழலுமானீர்.

கர்த்தாவே, நீர் பாதுகாப்புத் தேவைபடுகிற ஏழை ஜனங்களுக்குப் பாதுகாப்பான இடம். இந்த ஜனங்களைத் தோற்கடிக்க பல பிரச்சனைகள் தொடங்கும். ஆனால் நீர் அவர்களைப் பாதுகாப்பீர். கர்த்தாவே, நீர் வெள்ளத்திலிருந்தும், வெப்பத்திலிருந்தும் ஜனங்களைக் காப்பாற்றும் வீடுபோல இருக்கிறீர். தொல்லைகள் எல்லாம், பயங்கரமான காற்று மற்றும் மழைபோன்று இருக்கும். மழை சுவரைத் தாக்கி கீழே விழச்செய்யும். ஆனால் வீட்டிற்குள் உள்ள ஜனங்கள் பாதிக்கப்படமாட்டார்கள்.

கொடூரமானவர்களின் சீறல் மதிலை மோதியடிக்கிற பெரு வெள்ளத்தைப்போல் இருக்கையில், நீர் ஏழைக்குப் பெலனும், நெருக்கப்படுகிற எளியவனுக்குத் திடனும் பெருவெள்ளத்துக்குத் தப்பும் அடைக்கலமும், வெயிலுக்கு ஒதுங்கும் நிழலுமானீர்.
