ஆனால் உரிமையாளனே அங்கிருந்தால் அயலான் அதற்கு பொறுப்பேற்க அவசியமில்லை. அண்டை வீட்டுக்காரன் அம்மிருகத்தை வேலைக்குப் பயன்படுத்தும்போது அதற்குக் குத்தகை செலுத்தும் பட்சத்தில் அம்மிருகம் மரித்தாலோ அல்லது காயப்பட்டாலோ அதற்குரிய பணத்தைச் செலுத்த வேண்டியதில்லை. மிருகத்தைப் பயன்படுத்தியதற்காக அவன் ஏற்கெனவே கொடுத்த பணமே போதுமானது.
