John 9:7
And said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing.

நீ போய், சீலோவாம் குளத்திலே கழுவு என்றார். சீலோவாம் என்பதற்கு அனுப்பப்பட்டவன் என்று அர்த்தம். அப்படியே அவன்போய்க் கழுவி, பார்வை அடைந்தவனாக திரும்பி வந்தான்.

இயேசு அவனிடம், “போ, சீலோவாம் குளத்தில் (சீலோவாம் என்றால் ‘அனுப்பப்பட்டவன்’ என்று பொருள்) கழுவு” என்றார். அதன்படியே அந்த மனிதன் குளத்திற்குச் சென்றான். அவன் கழுவிவிட்டுத் திரும்பி வந்தான். இப்பொழுது பார்வை பெற்றிருந்தான்.
