And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice unto the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands.

அந்த நாட்களில் ஒரு கன்றுக்குட்டியை உண்டுபண்ணி, அந்த விக்கிரகத்திற்குப் பலியிட்டு, தங்களுடைய கைவேலைகளில் மகிழ்ந்திருந்தார்கள்.

எனவே மக்கள் கன்றுக் குட்டியைப் போன்ற ஒரு சிலை உண்டாக்கினர். பின் அவர்கள் அதற்குப் படைப்பதற்காகப் பொருட்களைக் கொண்டு வந்தனர். தங்கள் கைகளால் உண்டாக்கிய அதனைக் கண்டு மக்கள் மகிழ்ந்தனர்!
