This Moses whom they refused, saying, Who made you a ruler and a judge? the same did God send to be a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the angel which appeared to him in the bush.

உன்னை அதிகாரியாகவும் நியாயாதிபதியாகவும் நியமித்தவன் யார் என்று சொல்லி அவர்கள் நிராகரித்த இந்த மோசேயைத்தான் தேவன், முட்செடியில் அவனுக்குத் தரிசனமான தூதனாலே தலைவனாகவும் மீட்பனாகவும் அனுப்பினார்.

“யூதர்கள் அவர்களுக்கு வேண்டாமெனக் கூறிய அதே மோசே அவர்தான். அவர்கள் அவரிடம், ‘நீ எங்களுக்கு அதிபதியாகவும், நீதிபதியாகவும் இருக்கமுடியுமென்று யாராவது கூறினார்களா? இல்லை!’ என்றனர். தேவன் அதிபதியாகவும் மீட்பராகவும் மோசேயாகிய அதே மனிதனை அனுப்பினார். தேவன் ஒரு தேவதூதனின் உதவியோடு மோசேயை அனுப்பினார். எரியும் புதரில் மோசே கண்ட தேவ தூதன் இவனே.
