He that observes the wind shall not sow; and he that regards the clouds shall not reap.

ஆனால் சிலவற்றைப்பற்றி உன்னால் உறுதியாகக் கூறமுடியாது. நீ ஒரு வாய்ப்பைப் பயன்படுத்திக்கொள்ளவேண்டும். ஒருவன் சரியான பருவம் வரட்டுமென்று காத்திருந்தால் அவனால் விதைக்க முடியாது. ஒவ்வொரு மேகத்தையும் பார்த்து மழை வருமோ என்று அஞ்சுகிறவன் ஒருபோதும் அறுவடை செய்யமாட்டான்.
