Deuteronomy 19:4
And this is the case of the slayer, which shall flee thither, that he may live: Whoso kills his neighbour ignorantly, whom he hated not in time past;

“கொலை செய்தவன் எவனும் அம்மூன்று நகரங்களில் ஒன்றில் ஓடிப்போய் இருக்க வேண்டுவதற்கான நியாயம் என்னவென்றால்: அந்த நபர் மற்றவனைக் கொன்றது எதிர்ப்பாராத விதமாக நடந்திருக்க வேண்டும். தான் மனதறியாது எவ்வித முன் வெறுப்பும் இல்லாது கொன்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.
