Deuteronomy 12:20
When the LORD your God shall enlarge your border, as he has promised you, and you shall say, I will eat flesh, because your soul longs to eat flesh; you may eat flesh, whatsoever your soul lusts after.

உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உனக்குச் சொன்னபடி, அவர் உன் எல்லையை விரிவாக்கும்போது, நீ இறைச்சியைச் சாப்பிட ஆசைகொண்டு, இறைச்சி சாப்பிடுவேன் என்பாயானால், நீ உன் விருப்பப்படி இறைச்சி சாப்பிடலாம்.

“உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உங்களுக்கு வாக்களித்ததுபோல் உங்கள் நாட்டின் எல்லைகளை விரிவாக்குவார். அவர் அவ்வாறு செய்யும்போது கர்த்தர் அவருக்காகத் தேர்ந் தெடுத்த ஆலயங்கள் நீங்கள் வசிக்கும் இடத்திலிருந்து தொலைவில் இருக்கலாம். அவ்வாறு தொலை தூரம் இருந்தால் நீங்கள் வரும் வழியில் பசி ஏற்பட்டு இறைச்சி உண்ண ஆசைப்பட்டால் அங்கு உங்களுக்கு கிடைக்கும் எந்த இறைச்சியையும் நீங்கள் உண்ணலாம். கர்த்தர் உங்களுக்குக் கொடுத்த மந்தைகளிலுள்ள ஆடுமாடுகளில் எதை வேண்டுமானாலும் நான் உங்களுக்கு இட்ட கட்டளையின்படி அதனை அடித்து உண்ணலாம். இவ்வாறு நீங்கள் விரும்பிய இடங்களில் உண்ணலாம்.
