I will bring it forth, says the LORD of hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him that swears falsely by my name: and it shall remain in the midst of his house, and shall consume it with the timber thereof and the stones thereof.

சர்வ வல்லமையுள்ள கர்த்தர் கூறுகிறார்: நான் இந்தப் புத்தகச்சுருளை திருடர்களின் வீடுகளுக்கும் கர்த்தருடைய நாமத்தால் பொய் சத்தியம் செய்தவர்களின் வீடுகளுக்கும் அனுப்புவேன். அந்தப் புத்தகச்சுருள் அங்கே தங்கி அது அவ்வீடுகளை அழிக்கும். அவ்வீட்டிலுள்ள கற்களும் மரத்தூண்களும் அழிக்கப்படும்.”
