But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these comes of evil.

உள்ளதை உள்ளதென்றும், இல்லாததை இல்லையென்றும் சொல்லுங்கள்; இதற்கு மிஞ்சினது தீமையினால் உண்டாயிருக்கும்.

‘ஆம்’ அல்லது ‘இல்லை’ என்று மட்டுமே கூறுங்கள். ‘ஆம்’ அல்லது ‘இல்லை’ என்பதற்கு மேலாக ஏதும் நீங்கள் கூறினால் அது பொல்லாங்கனாகிய பிசாசின் வார்த்தைகளாயிருக்கும்.”
