Isaiah 29:15
Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the LORD, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who sees us? and who knows us?

தங்கள் ஆலோசனையைக் கர்த்தருக்கு மறைக்கும்படிக்கு மறைவிடங்களில் ஒளித்து, தங்கள் செயல்களை அந்தகாரத்தில் நடப்பித்து: நம்மைப் பார்க்கிறவர் யார்? நம்மை அறிகிறவர் யார்? என்று சொல்கிறவர்களுக்கு ஐயோ!

அந்த ஜனங்கள் சிலவற்றைக் கர்த்தரிடம் மறைக்க முயல்கிறார்கள். கர்த்தர் இதனைப் புரிந்துகொள்ளமாட்டார் என்று அவர்கள் நினைக்கிறார்கள். அந்த ஜனங்கள் இருட்டில் தங்கள் கெட்ட செயல்களைச் செய்கிறார்கள். அவர்கள் தமக்குள்: “எவரும் எங்களைப் பார்க்க முடியாது. நாங்கள் யார் என்று எவருக்கும் தெரியாது” எனக் கூறுகிறார்கள்.
