The two pillars, one sea, and the bases which Solomon had made for the house of the LORD; the brass of all these vessels was without weight.

எனவே இவர்கள் எடுத்துக்கொண்டவை: இரண்டு தூண்கள் ஒவ்வொன்றும் 27 அடி உயரமும் 4 1/2 அடி உயரமுள்ள வெண்கலத்தலைப்பும் உடையவை. இவை வெண்கலத்தால் பின்னலும் மாதுளம் பழங்களுமான மாதிரியில் செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தன. இரண்டும் ஒரே மாதிரியாய் இருந்தன. ஒரு பெரிய வெண்கலத்தொட்டி கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்தில் சாலொமோனால் செய்துவைக்கப்பட்ட வண்டிகள். இவ்வெண்கலத்தின் எடையானது அளந்து காணமுடியாத அளவிற்கு இருந்தது.
