But Jehoiada the priest commanded the captains of the hundreds, the officers of the host, and said unto them, Have her forth without the ranges: and him that follows her kill with the sword. For the priest had said, Let her not be slain in the house of the LORD.

படைவீரர்களைத் தன் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் வைத்திருக்கும் தளபதிகளுக்கு ஆசாரியன் யோய்தா கட்டளையிட்டான். யோய்தா, “ஆலயத்தை விட்டு வெளியே அத்தாலியாளைக் கொண்டு வாருங்கள். அவளைச் சார்ந்தவர்களைக் கொல்லுங்கள். ஆனால் கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்தில் கொல்லவேண்டாம்” என்றான்.
