And he brought forth the king's son, and put the crown upon him, and gave him the testimony; and they made him king, and anointed him; and they clapped their hands, and said, God save the king.

அப்பொழுது அவன்: ராஜகுமாரனை வெளியே கொண்டுவந்து, கிரீடத்தை அவன்மேல் வைத்து, சாட்சியின் ஆகமத்தை அவன் கையிலே கொடுத்தான்; இப்படி அவனை ராஜாவாக்கி அபிஷேகம் செய்து: ராஜா வாழ்க என்று சொல்லி கரங்களைத் தட்டினார்கள்.

அவன் (யோய்தா) யோவாசை வெளியே அழைத்து வந்தான். அவன் தலையில் மகுடத்தைச் சூடி அரசனுக்கும் தேவனுக்கும் இடையில் ஒப்பந்தத்தை கொடுத்தனர். அவனுக்கு அபிஷேகம் செய்து புதிய அரசனாக நியமித்தனர். அவர்கள் கைகளைத் தட்டி, ஓசையெழுப்பி “அரசன் பல்லாண்டு வாழ்க!” என்று வாழ்த்தினார்கள்.
