And he sent again a captain of the third fifty with his fifty. And the third captain of fifty went up, and came and fell on his knees before Elijah, and besought him, and said unto him, O man of God, I pray you, let my life, and the life of these fifty your servants, be precious in your sight.

மறுபடியும் மூன்றாவது முறை ஒரு தலைவனையும், அவனுடைய ஐம்பது வீரர்களையும் அனுப்பினான்; இந்த மூன்றாவது தலைவன் ஏறிவந்து, எலியாவுக்கு முன்பாக முழங்காற்படியிட்டு, அவனை வேண்டிக்கொண்டு: தேவனுடைய மனிதனே, என்னுடைய உயிரும், உமது அடியாராகிய இந்த ஐம்பதுபேரின் உயிரும் உமது பார்வைக்கு அருமையாயிருப்பதாக.
