Tomorrow about this time I will send you a man out of the land of Benjamin, and you shall anoint him to be captain over my people Israel, that he may save my people out of the hand of the Philistines: for I have looked upon my people, because their cry has come unto me.

நாளை இதே நேரத்தில் பென்யமீன் நாட்டானான ஒரு மனிதனை உன்னிடத்தில் அனுப்புவேன்; அவனை என்னுடைய மக்களான இஸ்ரவேலின்மேல் அதிபதியாக அபிஷேகம் செய்வாய்; அவன் என்னுடைய மக்களை பெலிஸ்தர்களின் கையிலிருந்து மீட்பான்; என்னுடைய மக்களின் முறையிடுதல் என்னிடத்தில் வந்து எட்டினதால், நான் அவர்களை ஏக்கத்தோடு பார்த்தேன் என்று வெளிப்படுத்தியிருந்தார்.
