He that believes on the Son of God has the witness in himself: he that believes not God has made him a liar; because he believes not the record that God gave of his Son.

தேவனுடைய குமாரனிடத்தில் விசுவாசமாக இருக்கிறவன் அந்தச் சாட்சியைத் தனக்குள்ளே பெற்றிருக்கிறான்; தேவனை விசுவாசிக்காதவனோ, தேவன் தம்முடைய குமாரனைக்குறித்துக் கொடுத்த சாட்சியை விசுவாசிக்காததினால், அவரைப் பொய்யராக்குகிறான்.
