தானியேல் 8:7
அது ஆட்டுக்கடாவின் கிட்டச் சேரக்கண்டேன்; அது ஆட்டுக்கடாவின்மேல் கடுங்கோபங்கொண்டு அதை முட்டி, அதின் இரண்டு கொம்புகளையும் முறித்துப்போட்டது, அதின்முன் நிற்க ஆட்டுக்கடாவுக்குப் பலமில்மையால், வெள்ளாட்டுக்கடா அதைத் தரையிலே தள்ளி மிதித்துப்போட்டது, அதின் கைக்கு ஆட்டுக்கடாவைத் தப்புவிப்பார் இல்லை.

சீயோனில் மீதியாயிருந்து, எருசலேமில் தங்கியிருந்து ஜீவனுக்கென்று பெயர் எழுதப்பட்டவனெவனும் பரிசுத்தனென்று சொல்லப்படுவான்.

சீயோன் பெண்களின் இரத்தத்தைக் கர்த்தர் கழுவிவிடுவார். எருசலேமில் உள்ள அனைத்து இரத்தக் கறைகளையும் கர்த்தர் கழுவி போக்குவார். தேவன் நீதியின் ஆவியினால் நியாயம்தீர்ப்பார். சுட்டெரிப்பின் ஆவியினால் அனைத்தையும் சுத்தப்படுத்துவார்.
