וַיְדַבֵּ֣ר Moses vai-da-BARE מֹשֶׁ֔ה spake moh-SHEH לִפְנֵ֥י before leef-NAY יְהוָ֖ה the yeh-VA לֵאמֹ֑ר Lord, lay-MORE הֵ֤ן saying, hane בְּנֵֽי Behold, beh-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ the yees-ra-ALE לֹֽא children loh שָׁמְע֣וּ of shome-OO אֵלַ֔י Israel ay-LAI וְאֵיךְ֙ have veh-ake יִשְׁמָעֵ֣נִי not yeesh-ma-A-nee פַרְעֹ֔ה hearkened fahr-OH וַֽאֲנִ֖י unto va-uh-NEE עֲרַ֥ל me; uh-RAHL שְׂפָתָֽיִם׃ how seh-fa-TA-yeem
