কারণ বিধি-ব্যবস্থা পালন করলেই য়ে ঈশ্বরের সামনে ধার্মিক প্রতিপন্ন হওয়া যায় তা নয়, বিধি-ব্যবস্থা কেবল পাপকে চিহ্নিত করে৷
