তাহলে সে অবশ্যই জমি বিক্রির সময় থেকে বছরগুলো গণনা করবে| জমির জন্য কত দিতে হবে তাতে সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে সেই সংখ্য়া কাজে লাগাবে| তারপর সে সেই জমি কিনে নিতে পারে| এরপর জমি আবার তার সম্পত্তি হবে|
